To ensure the best service for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 4 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice may incur a fee, and no-shows will be charged full price. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and after 5 minutes, it will be considered a no-show.
